News Kids `R` Kids Olathe Named in Top 1 Percent Nationwide
Kids `R` Kids of Olathe has been recognized as one of the top learning centers in the country by a national rating organization. Certified teachers, a progressive-learning curriculum and community involvement led to the award. This is the fourth consecutive year that a national organization has honored Kids `R` Kids of Olathe.

Kids R Kids of Olathe Named in Top 1 Percent
NEW YORK, NY, February 1, 2011 – Kids ‘R’ Kids Olathe has been recognized as one of the top 1 percent of early education centers in the U.S. by a national rating organization.
For the third consecutive year, Kids R Kids #1KS (Olathe) has been selected for the Best of Olathe Award in the Early Childhood Education & Services category by the U.S. Commerce Association (USCA). Nationwide, only 1 in 120 (less than 1%) of 2011 Award recipients qualified as Three-Time Award Winners.
In 2008, KRK Olathe was recognized by a different review committee, making the center a four-time award winner. The center’s curriculum offers and organized, progressive approach to learning, ensuring that students "learn how to learn" in a supportive, non-competitive environment.
“For the past 12 years, we have focused on improving the quality of our teachers, and thereby improving our students’ educational experience,” said Director Russ Robinson. “We have paid college tuitions for our teachers, provided continuing education and established a pay scale that rewards them for their efforts. It’s nice to see it pay off with this recognition.”

Kids ‘R’ Kids Olathe was founded in 1999 by Beth Robinson, who has more than 30 years experience in early education. Russ Robinson has been the state-certified director of the center for the past nine years. The center serves more than 200 families with children ranging from 6-weeks old to 12-years old.
